Below is an overview of my professional background.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology, an MBA with a focus
on Marketing, and a Doctorate in Management.
Moreover, I've had the opportunity to teach at Fairfield University,
the University of Hartford, Southern Connecticut State University, and the University of New Haven.
In total more than 145 classes. Currently teaching Strategic Management and Franchising with a colleague from Subway.

vIO HealthTech’s primary product is OvuSense™. An ovulation monitor to address couples infertility issues related to ovulation and cycle dynamics. It is now being extended into the field of Digital Therapeutics. The OvuSense is sold directly to consumers by website and digital promotional strategies. In additional to operational responsibilities I work with the team in the UK to provide strategic and marketing direction for the US market. vIO HealthTech was previously Fertility Focus LTD (previous name), FF had been a previous client, and remains (Clear-Think).
2013 - 2015
This was the original Clear-Think in our first two years we worked with 6 companies in the following specialties: Cardio/Pulmonary, Fertility, Fetal Monitoring, Cryosurgery, Bone Density, and Healthcare IT. The practice transitioned to primarily working with Huntleigh and vio HealthTech. Hired by clients.
1998 - 2012
This involved the Women’s Healthcare market both single-use and capital goods. The team consisted of a Director of Sales, Marketing Manager, Customer Service (two domestic & one international), Inside sales, Administrative Assistant, three International Sales Agents on contract (world coverage) and 40 Independent Representatives. Wallach Surgical Devices is a Business Unit of CooperSurgical. Prior to that Wallach Surgical was private.
Traveled domestically and internationally. Traveled extensively in China with our distribution partner, other travel in the Middle-East, Europe and Latin American.
Developed partnerships with English and Israel companies.

Returned to Vital Signs in more senior roles. Vital Signs is now public and named a Forbes Best 200 small public company.

The product line was Oximetry, Capnography, Respiratory Mechanics and Transcutaneous Monitoring for Anesthesia, Critical/Respiratory care and Neonatal Medicine (this was when these products were new to the market).

Start-up; Nasal CPAP system for Sleep Apnea. Lead the Sales and Marketing effort with a Director of Sales and Independent Sales agents. Handled all marketing, and clinical tasks. As well as investor presentations. Sales grew from 0 to 250 systems in 9 months. Company undercapitalized.
1981 - 1986
The product line was based in the specialties of Anesthesia, Critical and Respiratory Care. Started in sales (commission) with the fastest growth of any representative 1000% 1st year, then to Regional Manager (#1 region 2 of 3 years), Marketing Manager, Sales Training
1980-1981
Dinamap (first non-invasive BP monitor), Jelco IV Catheters, Lanz Endotracheal tubes, OxyCheck oxygen analyzer, Extracorporeal IV Pumps. Anesthesia, Critical/Respiratory and IV Care.
